Task Description:This is an onsite position for a freelance receptionist to assist in our data collection project
Tasks:Welcome participants to the data collection study, check participants' ID and make sure they have signed appropriate documentation before introducing them to the moderatorsContact and schedule participants for the study and follow-up with them to confirm attendance. This will be via email and phone calls using online tools and protocols provided by DataForce on the scheduler's own laptop.Check the inventory has been updated dailyReceive and send project-related shipmentsNeed access to own laptop and headset
RequirementsGood English and Hindi communication skillsExperience of scheduling participants using common online toolsAccess to laptopSchedulers must be availabile for the whole duration of project (2-6 weeks since beginning of project depending on the location)Working hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
