Job DescriptionDesafio:

Neste momento, encontramo-nos a recrutar um(a) Store Manager

para o setor da ótica, com experiência na gestão de equipas dentro de marcas com atendimento personalizado, para integrar uma marca que se distingue pela qualidade dos seus produtos e do seu atendimento, assim como pelas parcerias com marcas reconhecidas a nível mundial.

Principais responsabilidades:

- Será responsável, juntamente com outro Store Manager, pela gestão de duas lojas: uma no Parque Atlântico e outra de rua;

-Alcançar os objetivos definidos, previamente, pela empresa;

-Capacidade de motivar e desenvolver a sua equipa para o atingimento das metas propostas;

-Manter a excelência no atendimento do cliente, garantindo a sua fidelização à empresa / marca;

-Gestão de todo o espaço de loja e funções inerentes.

Perfil:

-Experiência profissional comprovada em gestão de equipas em marcas com atendimento personalizado (mínimo de 2 anos) - fator eliminatório

-Habilitações mínimas ao nível do ensino superior (Gestão, Optometria

ou outra relevante) - fator eliminatório

-Fluência em

Inglês

(outras línguas serão valorizadas)

- fator eliminatório

-Foco na área comercial e com orientação para objetivos/resultados;

-Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos e com folgas rotativas é obrigatória;

-Excelente apresentação e comunicação cuidada;

Enquadramento:

-Vencimento base + Subsídio de alimentação

-Comissões associadas a objetivos individuais e de equipa

RequirementsDesafio: Neste momento, encontramo-nos a recrutar um(a) Luxury Store Manager para o setor premium, com experiência em atendimento personalizado dentro do segmento de luxo, para integrar uma marca que se distingue pela qualidade dos seus produtos e do seu atendimento, assim como pelas parcerias com marcas reconhecidas a nível mundial, que cobrem a totalidade dos segmentos, desde da alta relojoaria até à gama média, passando por marcas de moda, desportivas e clássicas. Principais responsabilidades: Alcançar os objetivos definidos, previamente, pela empresa; Capacidade de motivar e desenvolver a sua equipa para o atingimento das metas propostas; Manter a excelência no atendimento do cliente, garantindo a sua fidelização à empresa / marca; Gestão de todo o espaço de loja e funções inerentes; Gestão de eventos. Perfil: Experiência profissional comprovada em gestão de equipas em marcas com atendimento personalizado (mínimo de 1 a 2 anos) - fator eliminatório Foco na área comercial e com orientação para objetivos/resultados; Conhecimentos de Inglês (outras línguas serão valorizadas); Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos e com folgas rotativas é obrigatória; Excelente apresentação e comunicação cuidada; Maturidade no discurso e capacidade elevada de resiliência;
