Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, and appraising job resultsMaintain inventory levels of airtel assets - SIM cards, dongles, Wifi devicesEnsure adherence to pre-defined airtel SOPs to run store operations smoothly
