We are a fashion startup producing premium women's clothing from natural fabrics like linen and fine cotton. Our primary market is North America & Europe and we soon plan to launch an Indian brand as well.

Our design cum production studio is based in Dehradun. We operate on a natural and sustainable fashion model, with a strong focus on quality, storytelling, and digital-first growth.

We are now looking for a Social Media & Influencer Executive to build our digital presence, increase visibility, and drive community engagement across platforms for our brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow Instagram and Pinterest accounts.
  • Plan and execute a content calendar (reels, carousels, stories, pins) aligned with product launches and campaigns.
  • Repurpose photoshoot and in-house photography assets into high-engagement posts.

Content Creation

  • Create engaging graphics, reels, and short videos using Canva/Photoshop.
  • Create videos, photos of products, fabric, studio etc.
  • Work with our digital marketing associate to produce styled shoots and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Ensure content reflects brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Repurpose our blog articles into engaging stories, reels, graphics etc.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and reach out to micro-influencers (2K-20K followers) in fashion, lifestyle, and sustainability niches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers (barter + small collaborations).
  • Track influencer performance and repurpose UGC (user-generated content) into social campaigns.

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Grow followers and engagement through consistent posting, hashtags, collaborations, and engagement strategies.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with relevant accounts to build community trust.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report weekly growth in followers, reach, engagement, and influencer outcomes.
  • Suggest improvements based on analytics.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 0-3 years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing (freshers with strong portfolios can apply).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps.
  • Creative eye for aesthetics, fashion trends, and storytelling.
  • Good written communication in English.
  • Passion for fashion, sustainability, and digital media.
