About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Expert to manage and grow the online presence of both SkinQure (clinic branding) and Dr. Jangid (personal branding for Hair Transplant). The ideal candidate will be responsible for content strategy, execution, influencer collaborations, online engagement, and performance analysis to drive brand visibility, engagement, and organic lead generation.

SkinQure is a leading skin and hair clinic based in Delhi, offering advanced dermatology and aesthetic solutions. With a strong digital presence and a growing clientele, we aim to revolutionize the skincare experience with innovation, expertise, and care.

Experience:

Social Media Management

  • Strategize and manage the growth of SkinQure's and Dr. Jangid's social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms.
  • Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain engagement and build trust.
  • Drive organic lead generation through social media.
  • Manage online reputation by ensuring valid, timely, and professional responses.

Content Creation & Writing

  • Write compelling captions, taglines, and content for posts, ads, and campaigns.
  • Script and direct content for social media videos, reels, and stories.
  • Collaborate with the team on blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Manage User-Generated Content (UGC) and Expert-Generated Content (EGC).

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report influencer campaign performance (ROI & visibility).
  • Meet influencer onboarding targets as defined by the Head of Digital Marketing.

Branding & Creativity

  • Brainstorm and execute innovative campaign ideas.
  • Work with the design team to ensure brand-consistent and engaging visuals.
  • Suggest and implement creative approaches to boost reach and engagement.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics (growth, engagement, traffic, conversions).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
  • Optimize strategies based on data-driven analysis.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Designers, Video Editors, SEO, Telecalling, etc.) to ensure campaign success.
  • Align with management for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and adapt them into brand strategies.

Adherence to Brand Guidelines

  • Maintain consistency in all written and visual communication.
  • Ensure compliance with SkinQure and Dr. Jangid's brand standards.

Performance Metrics

  • Growth in followers and engagement rate.
  • Increase in organic lead generation.
  • Quality, creativity, and timeliness of content.
  • Successful influencer partnerships and campaign ROI.
  • Website traffic and conversions from social channels.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools & analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
