Job description

Position Summary

This role is responsible for being a support system for the account executives. The tasks include, but are not limited to, configuration of social listening tools, preparing team rosters, immediate action on important conversations, preparing quick reports, creating dashboards on tool, and sharing with the stakeholders. This opportunity will provide a platform to work with many top Indian brands.


Key Responsibility Areas


  • Social Listening and monitoring using enterprise tools
  • Streamlining the team operations as and when the need be
  • Preparing working roster for the team
  • Identifying and monitoring potential threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the brand and report to all stakeholders within the turn-around time
  • Provide suggestions and synopsis for any online threat to the brand
  • Crisis Management and ORM, working with various teams across client organization
  • Analysing negative comments and arriving at suggestions to improve brand reputation
  • Creating insightful reports from social, digital, and secondary research, on brand, consumer, competitor and category
  • Track and measure performance (sentiment, engagement, reach and share of voice), provide analysis and recommend (and implement) corresponding changes to tactics or strategy
  • Conduct team meetings for regular feedback and also be available for client meetings to enhance the process
  • Co-ordinate with the clients on every operational aspect
  • Flexible on work timings and should be available during any crisis situation


Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to respond in grammatically correct English
  • Analytical bend of mind
  • Good knowledge of basics of Social Media platforms
  • Strong work ethic - ability to work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Must have team handling experience and should be a team player
  • Knowledge on social listening and ORM tools like Konnect Insights, Locobuzz, Talkwalker, Sprinklr and Simplify360 etc.



Qualifications

  • Graduation/Post Graduation
  • 5-6 years of experience out of which at least 2 years in Social Media Listening, Monitoring & Analytics.
