We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Designer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in design, a strong portfolio showcasing their work and candidates with startup experience would be an add on.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define design requirements and ensure alignment with product goals- Drive the design process from concept to execution, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing- Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design to incorporate into our products:- Act as a champion for user-centered design principles and advocate for the needs of our users throughout the design process:- Work effectively under pressure and maintain a good balance of speed and quality in design deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in design, with a focus on digital product design- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including UX/UI design for web and mobile applications- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts and ideas- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams- Experience working in a startup environment is preferred- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a good balance of speed and quality in design deliverables
