We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Design Designer to join our team. As a Product Design Designer, you will be responsible for understanding Tech pack, design and Fabric knowledge. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Fashion Designer, Product Merchandiser and Sampling unit.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Iterate on designs based on feedback from fashion designer, PD Merchandiser.

2. Work closely with designers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

3. Maintain a consistent design language and ensure brand consistency across all products.

4. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design.

5. Guide team of tailors to ensure the final output is like design conceptualisation.

6. Haver necessary technical skills to understand all critical issues and have a view on solutioning to solve for the major delay points in the supply chain of sampling.

7. Acts as a bridge between Fashion Designer, Product Design Merchandiser and Sampling unit.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2. Good knowledge of fabric and garment finish.

3. Proven experience as a Product Designer for 6 to 8 years.

4. Knowledge of Tech pack execution and readability.

5. Strong executor attitude.

6. Proficiency in design understanding.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.

8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs within project deadlines.

9. Manage relation between the designer and brand.

10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
