Responsibilities:Implementing QA Procedures: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance procedures and work instructions throughout the production or service delivery process in the Nashik facility.Conducting Inspections and Tests: Perform regular inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Utilize various testing methods and equipment as required.Monitoring Process Compliance: Monitor adherence to established quality control procedures and identify any deviations or non-conformities.Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and record quality data accurately and assist in the analysis of this data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.Assisting in Non-Conformance Management: Assist in the investigation of non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints related to quality. Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Supporting Internal Audits: Participate in internal quality audits to assess the effectiveness of quality processes and identify areas for improvement.Calibration and Maintenance: Assist in the coordination of calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.Training and Awareness: Support the delivery of basic quality awareness training to production or service teams in the local language.Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing product/service quality and process efficiency.Communication (Local Emphasis): Communicate quality-related information and findings clearly and effectively to relevant teams in Marathi and Hindi.
