Summary:

Designation : Associate Director / Director- Brand StrategyJob Location : MumbaiYears of experience : 6 to 7 years of creative account planning and brand strategy experience, preferably from an integrated, or creative advertising agency.

Job Description

The Director of Brand Strategy is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and execution of

creative

brand strategies that drive client success. This role requires a deep understanding of branding, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics, as well as the ability to lead a team of strategists to deliver exceptional results.

Key Accountabilities

Serves as a visionary leader across the businesses they are assigned to leadResponsible for creating creative Strategies and planning for various brands across all platforms.Develop big strategic platform ideas grounded in data and rich in insight and steward their growth and development.Serves as the lead team member with ultimate responsibility for the quality of the strategic and creative products the team producesLeads and directs new business efforts with a clear understanding of the agency's go-to-market strategyContributes to the agency's intellectual property by developing broad-based initiatives on techniques and topics relevant to Agency and Client interestsUses all forms of data to uncover insights, with a strong mastery of both qualitative and quantitative researchMentors group members, in addition to being able to help manage their projects on a day-to-day basis and motivate them to push their thinking to the next level through a visionary approach to their problemsActs as a strong client and creative partner to drive the brand and business mission forwardDemonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish

Professional Skills:

Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in brand strategy and account planning within advertising agency.Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies with pitches for leading brands.Proven campaign and brand platform success.Command a room with an energetic, engaging, and inspirational presentation style.Collaborative nature, partnering with creative, media, and account teams.Excellent writer and vivid presentation creator.Autonomous, fearless, and ready for the challenge.Must be passionate, highly driven, and highly motivated.Proven success working in cross-functional teams.Confident and clear communicator.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in advertising.
