Position Overview:
The B2B Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing plans for the organization and our clients. The marketing efforts would include building a B2B brand thereby attracting higher education Universities to learn more about SEED’s tailored solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping SEED's and our clients’ image and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels.
You will be involved in preparation of B2B marketing proposals, manage B2B social media presence to maximize the impact of marketing assets, prepare reports highlighting the outcome of marketing strategies to the clientele, conduct market research and content research to stay in vogue with the currents trends, draft case studies along with newsletters to keep the target audience hooked and influence them to follow us on social media habitually. Keep eyes open for special projects likely to give right side of your brain a great workout.
Responsibilities:
B2B Marketing Proposals: Prepare proposals presented to our clients in order to accomplish specific marketing objectives, outlining our company's strategy and marketing efforts, describing the current marketing position of our business, discussing the target market and marketing mix used to achieve marketing goals.
B2B Social Media & Brand Management: Assist to manage our presence on social media by tailoring content for LinkedIn & Instagram. Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage. Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all communication materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Email Marketing: Creating and managing email lists, crafting compelling content and designing visually appealing email templates. Monitor and analyse the performance of email campaigns, utilising data-driven insights to optimise and enhance engagement rates.
Reports: Compile reports outlining project scope, time lines & deliverables focusing on insightful and potential improvements. Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Market Research and Content Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to keep improvising communication strategies. Be an ardent reader and have a knack for contemplation of creative content.
Case Studies, Articles, Whitepapers & Newsletters: Develop detailed case studies showcasing successful B2B collaborations and outcomes. Design eye-catching newsletters to tell our brand story thus engaging the audience and providing with relevant information.
Special Projects : These are beyond the routine day-to-day activities. It includes innovative, unexpected marketing techniques to accelerate growth, heighten the brand perception and facilitate growth of our presence.
Requirements:
Master’s in Management Studies/ Mass Media/ Business Administration with specialization in Marketing.
Experience or background in marketing communications is a must.
Knowledge of Hubspot. Experience working on Hubspot will be a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking skills
Flexibility in terms of working hours to collaborate for meetings
