
Admin Executive

The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, supporting management and staff, and maintaining efficiency in workplace processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage office operations, supplies, and facilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems (both digital & physical).
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and events.
- Support HR with documentation, attendance, and onboarding activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle petty cash, expense records, and basic administrative budgeting.
- Provide general support to management and other departments as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
