Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for events, exhibitions, corporate sales, MICE, weddings, banquets, and F&B services.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell services.
  • Identify potential customers through market research and networking to expand the company's customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, catering) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Events planning & Executions.
  • Both Corp Sales & Wedding Sales
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (Event Sales/Exhibition Sales/Corporate Sales).
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, particularly in event planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
