Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for events, exhibitions, corporate sales, MICE, weddings, banquets, and F&B services.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell services.
- Identify potential customers through market research and networking to expand the company's customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, catering) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Events planning & Executions.
- Both Corp Sales & Wedding Sales
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-8 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (Event Sales/Exhibition Sales/Corporate Sales).
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, particularly in event planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
