Company Description National Logistics is an accredited freight carrier that provides reliable freight moving services across the nation. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, monitoring schedules, and providing customer support. The Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining and improving operational efficiency. Assist Ops Manager in developing Weekly plan by Friday noon based on driver and truck availability. Dispatch and confirm all drivers by Friday 4pm on available routes. Get involved in roadside issues to ensure dispatchers are making right decisions. Participate in dispatch to manage overflow. Manage last minute plan changes due to driver or truck issues. Ensure post trip inspections items are entered by dispatchers to the G- form. Answer questions from other dispatchers. Participate in training new dispatchers. Qualifications Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams Operations Management: Experience in managing daily operations and schedules efficiently Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer support and satisfaction Administrative Assistance: experience in coordinating administrative tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus. Preferred ; FROM KERALA ,INDIA Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary with a basic salary range of INR 30,000.00 to INR 35,000.00 per month depending on experience. Additionally, employees will receive a monthly internet allowance to support remote work needs.
