Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized guidance to students for exam preparation, study planning, and career decision-making.

- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating course value and benefits.

- Respond to online and offline inquiries related to admissions, courses, and exam strategies.

- Communicate with parents to address academic concerns and provide updates on student progress.

- Support and manage student queries by offering clear, accurate information and solutions.

- Work closely with faculty and academic teams to support overall student success.

- A strong communicator with a student-first mindset

- Organized, empathetic, and results-driven

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

- Experience in academic counselling or educational services is a plus
