Urgently Looking for the Senior Back-End Web Developer with minimum 5+ years of work experience and holding on team leading in Delhi. Location: New Delhi, India Experience: 5+ Years Work Mode: On Site Shifting: UK Shifting (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM till October) Other Facilities: 1st and 3rd Saturday fixed off, One paid leave from day one and drop & dinner benefits. Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Back-End Web Developer to lead the development of server-side logic, database management, and API integration. The candidate should have a deep understanding of modern back-end technologies and experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure server-side architecture. Develop robust APIs and services to support front-end development. Optimize database structures and queries for improved performance. Ensure application security by implementing best practices in authentication and data protection. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve server-side performance issues. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration. Capable of handling a team of Jr developers & interns Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Mentoring the team members with required skills & training Document technical solutions and system designs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in any Core Java, Springboot & Node JS. Strong understanding of other languages (PHP, Python etc) will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Hands-on experience with API development and integration (RESTful and GraphQL). Expertise in version control systems like Git. Expertise in system and schema design. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker. Strong debugging and optimization skills. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
