Job Description:

Key Expectations


• Should have good knowledge about the shipping & Logistics Domain and End to End the Tender process


• Able to achieve the targets and exceed them consistently.


• Contribute and encourage the team with ideas and suggestions to improve the process.


• Identify issues/patterns in the process and work along with the Team leader and make solutions workable


• Record and maintain all the productivity data in the respective DB/excel sheets.


• All the activities performed should be free from any errors.


• Profound knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, and some basics in FIS or willingness to acquire these skills.


• Assertiveness and ability to work under pressure.


• Participate in the stakeholder calls and understand the pulse.


• Training and mentoring for new Joiners is a core responsibility.


• Expected to have sound knowledge of End-to-End processes and not limited to Tool Creation or Tender Submissions.

Functional Tasks – Tender Management


• Composing all relevant information for a tender


• Using Excel office program and operation system to gather different information according to needs of the customer


• Rate consolidation as per instructions of Trade Management


• Follow the Standard Operating Procedure and ensure no deviations are induced in the process.


• Handling the activities based on the deadline given by Area & Global Tender Management.


• Records/Updates productivity for records in local Database Checks and Reviews his/her personal productivity and errors on a daily basis.

Desired Profile

Additional Skills Sets / Abilities Desired


• 3-5 years in Tender management (e.g. Sales related experience specialist in Tender and rate agreements)


• Fluency in English – listening, reading, writing and speaking


• Good knowledge of Geography related to shipping and logistics.


• Excellent Analytical Date management and negotiation skills.

Working Conditions:


• Flexibility in working hours including shifts.


• Ready for domestic and international travel, based on organizational requirements


• May be required to extend working hours or during weekends/month-ends.
