concepts DMU study, assembly design and drawing of High Voltage Battery Systems (Energy Storage Systems) into BEVs.
specifications and prepare component and system spec. books for HVB system.
and development support for FUSO for the release of HVB system and relevant e-components including Junction Box as per Cost, Quality and Timeline targets for all projects and PoCs.
/ check drawings and setup DMU.
and review design, FMEA and DVP.
issues during proto-build, testing, development, production and field issues with proper root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions, through problem-solving techniques.
knowledge and understanding of
configuration and HV cables and LV connection to HV Battery system. and wiring harness routing
installation requirements.
understanding of Battery Management System (BMS):
technical understanding of HV Junction Box.
Added advantage:
experience in HV Safety and Architecture
of Functional Safety (ISO26262), defining Safety goals, HARA, ASIL ratings, etc.
experience in AIS standards, safety standards and other standards across the globe.
variant reduction and cost reduction by generating ideas and ensure implementation.
innovative ideas of filing patents and implement in production.
Soft Skills Required
of and experienced in Siemens NX, Team centre .
communication, interpersonal and co-ordination skills.
good skill in explaining technical concepts in power-point presentations.
team-player.
to learn and passionate to achieve.
customer focused.
Qualifications:
Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automobile Engineering / Equivalent Degree.
Professional Experience: 6-12 years of experience in relevant industry (Commercial vehicle industry preferable).
