Job Description

The Network Dispatch Associate is responsible for monitoring, managing, and coordinating IT operations in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures IT infrastructure availability and performance by proactively identifying and resolving incidents, dispatching technical teams, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders.
Based on performance assessments, this role also qualifies as a foundational role and a pathway to other speciality roles in the organisation.
The candidate must align with the organisation's mission, vision, and values.

Role & responsibilities:

• Monitor IT infrastructure systems, networks, and applications using monitoring tools.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely acknowledgement and resolution.
• Analyse, prioritise, and escalate incidents as per defined protocols.
• Dispatch technical teams, engineers, or field service personnel to address IT issues.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions on tickets.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure minimal service disruption.
• Provide real-time updates to management and relevant stakeholders during critical incidents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions.
• Follow IT service management (ITSM) best practices, such as ITIL frameworks.
• Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts.
• Perform routine health checks and report any anomalies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Electronics, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Decent understanding of IT systems, networking, and cloud environments.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Technical Skills:

• IT monitoring and ticketing tools: (e.g., Connect Wise Manage, N-able, Connect Wise Automate), ITIL frameworks, ITSM processes, scripting/automation (Python, Power Shell).
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent

Timings for Shifts: (10 hrs Shift 5 days working)

7:30 am - 5:30 pm

12:30 pm - 10:30 pm

7:30 pm - 5:30 am

9:30 pm - 7:30 am

Work Experience: 0 - 6 Months

Additional Skills: CCNA, MCP
