As a fast-growing D2 C brand, conversations with customers play a huge role in how we grow and that’s where you come in. What You’ll Do Call customers who’ve already shown interest: abandoned carts, inbound queries, website leads, and repeat customers . Understand customer needs and recommend the right products. Convert conversations into orders with a helpful, non-pushy approach. Handle inbound and outbound calls with clarity and confidence. Maintain follow-ups and update customer details in the CRM. Share common objections and feedback with the team to improve sales scripts and processes. You’re the Right Fit If You Are a fresher looking to start a career in sales or have experience as a telecaller / inside sales executive. Communicate clearly and confidently in English and Hindi . Are comfortable speaking to customers over calls. Are eager to learn product knowledge and sales techniques. Are target-oriented while remaining customer-first.
