Roles and Responsibilities

Steer the technical development of EV/ICE projects in EE department
Coordinate with EE COC for proper alignment between project and
design team
Steer cooperation project interfacing with different model line and
external partner.
Participate to the definition and tracking of project/platform time plan
according to project requirement.
Interface/connect/collaborate with several and different department.
Define comprehensive and fault free RASIC chart for the Electrical
functions within EE department.
Support to the coordination of internal intersectional interdepartmental
resources and coordinate the activities across different section in and
out Hero.
Preparation of quality gate during different phase of the project,
Coordinate and monitoring the release the software container for every
Project
Coordinates with Lab bike team to steer the development
Coordinate with Vehicle Validation team to understand the problem,
Do RCA and assign the task to component owners.
Support Plant, quality and Service team for trouble shooting during
development phase.
Support service team after sales if problem is not resolved by them.
