Key Account Manager

We are seeking a Key Account Manager - Motor Insurance for a leading multinational general insurance company. The role involves managing OEM's & thrie dealer relationships for motor insurance products. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining existing client relationships, driving new business from OEM's, and possess technical knowledge in underwriting and quotation. This position focuses on OEM clients and its partners.
Designation: Key Account Manager - Gurugram
Reporting to: Sr. Program Manager - OEM's
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years in general insurance, specializing in motor insurance and OEMs/ SME, with a preference for handling SME/corporate clients.
- Technical experience in underwriting is preferred.
- Preferred age: Up to 40 years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop market intelligence to maintain and enhance the company's position and relationships with OEM's and its dealer network.
- Ability to solve customer queries.
- Coordinate with the Underwriting teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor and liaise for claims settlement as the key account manager.
- Provide technical knowledge training to OEM's dealerships.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as advised by the company or senior management.
