Customer Service Executive

As an Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive optimum support within the scope of their activities. Main responsibilities include order handling and operational planning.
Scope of your Role:
- You will be responsible for evaluating customer orders, enquiries and demand against supplier deliveries in order to meet and exceed OTD targets.- You have to gather and analyze the customer feedback and conveying valuable insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of products, services, and overall customer experience- You must provide regular and ad-hoc reports on customer service metrics- Should monitor and track the status of customer orders, keeping clients informed of any changes, delays, or issues that may impact delivery schedules
Qualification and Experience:
- Preferably 3 to 4 years of Experience in Customer Service.- Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline field- Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships- Familiarity with order management is beneficial
