Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic
Lead Generator
to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business leads through various outreach methods. This role requires strong research skills, excellent communication, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Generate quality leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, web research, social media, and cold calling.
- Gather accurate contact details and business information for leads.
- Reach out to potential clients to introduce company offerings and generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them on to the Lead Processor.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and regularly update lead status in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the Lead Processor and Sales team to improve lead conversion rates.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in lead generation, market research, or inside sales
