1 Preparation of Sanction Letter and related documentation

2 Co-ordination for ROC search report

3 Co-ordination with valuer for valuation report

4 Co-ordination with lawyer for Title Search report

5 Verification of executed documents

6 Preparation of Disbursement Notice

7 Vetting and perfection of Property Documents and Updation of mortgage on CERSAI site

8 Followup for ROC filing

9 Followup for Notice of Intimation filing

10 Updation of Exceptions in tracker

11 Document safekeeping

12 Handling Audit related issues

13 Support on other work as advised from time to time
