Job Description: Location: Hazira Department: Construction / E&I offshore Project Manager / Offshore E&I Construction Superintendent Exp-15+ years’ experience in E&I construction, with significant offshore oil & gas exposure. Key Responsibilities 1. Construction Management Plan, coordinate, and supervise E&I construction and installation works at the offshore site. Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. Review construction drawings, specifications, IFC documents, and identify constructability issues. Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules. 2. Technical & Quality Control Ensure installation of electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, fire & gas systems, and communication systems as per project standards. Conduct inspections, testing, loop checks, continuity checks, and pre-commissioning activities. Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, API, NEC, and other applicable offshore E&I codes. 3. Safety & Compliance Enforce all HSE policies, PTW requirements, and offshore safety procedures. Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, and ensure safe work execution. Ensure hazardous area installation compliance (Ex equipment, cabling, glands, junction boxes). 4. Coordination & Communication Liaise with Project Managers, Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, and Commissioning teams. Coordinate with marine operations, construction barge teams, and offshore OIM. Participate in progress meetings, report site status, and manage interface issues. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain progress reports, site logs, red-line markups, and as-built documentation. Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and contractor work packs. Verify material deliveries, MTOs, and ensure timely availability of site resources. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
