Job Role : Construction ManagerJob Location : ChennaiEmployment Type: ContractWe are seeking an Construction Manager with MEP experience to support the delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works across our workplace and commercial interior projects. This role focuses on site coordination, quality control, and ensuring MEP installations meet design intent, timelines, and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and review MEP drawings and site activitiesSupervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specificationsConduct routine site inspections and resolve technical issuesSupport testing, commissioning, and project handoverAssist with procurement reviews, material approvals, and value engineeringMaintain documentation, reports, and safety complianceQualificationsDegree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering5–8 years of experience in MEP construction, ideally in interior fit-out or design–buildStrong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systemsAbility to interpret drawings/BIM models; Revit experience is a plusStrong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillOnly candidates who are immediately available to join, please send in applications at poojaa@mmoser.com
