Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to students on studying in the US, UK, and Canada, including course and university selection
  • Offer end-to-end consulting services, from admissions counselling, application process, visa guidance, scholarships, and financial aid advice
  • Assist with profile evaluation, SOPs, and interviews, ensuring students present their strongest applications
  • Keep students updated with application deadlines, changes in admission processes, and any country-specific updates
  • Help students navigate education gaps, low scores, and other potential obstacles with personalized solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and opportunities in international education in the US, UK, and Canada
  • Conduct webinars, information sessions, and one-on-one meetings to build strong relationships with students and parents

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a study abroad consultant, with a focus on US, UK, and Canada admissions
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end study abroad process, from university shortlisting to visa applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and families
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple student profiles at once
  • Problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing education gaps, financial challenges, and low academic scores
  • Sound knowledge of scholarships, student loans, and financial aid processes for international students
