The Role: We are seeking Production Supervisor (Quality) to join our team. As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the success of our production operations. Responsibilites: Overseeing daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules. Implementing effective manpower planning to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity. Coordinating with the design team to ensure that production processes align with product specifications. Managing machine assembly processes, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely. Monitoring production metrics and preparing reports to identify areas for improvement. Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any production-related issues. Ideal Profile: Requirements A minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of production planning and machine assembly processes. Proficiency in design principles and the ability to apply them in a production setting. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work on-site during day shifts.
