Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Activities Specialist to conduct engaging activities, consult with parents, and contribute to the development of innovative learning programs. The ideal candidate should not only have teaching experience but also proven experience in conducting classroom activities, workshops, and interactive sessions that actively engage learners. Creativity, communication skills, and a passion for holistic learning are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive, age-appropriate, and engaging classroom activities beyond traditional teaching.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions that build creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Engage with parents to share progress, provide consultation, and address concerns.
• Collaborate with the team to design and develop new activity modules and learning experiences.
• Ensure all activities support emotional, creative, and cognitive growth.
• Assist in planning and executing workshops, events, and activity-based programs.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) is mandatory.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in classroom teaching (any subject), conducting classroom activities/workshops and interacting with parents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and parents alike.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design and deliver impactful learning activities.
• Passion for learner engagement and skill development.
