As a Customer Success Manager at Troopr, you'll champion the adoption and success of our AI-powered support automation platform, Enjo, within enterprises.

  • Have a successful track record in managing large enterprise customer relationships.


What you'll do:


  • Lead customer onboarding, product demonstration ensuring smooth implementation
  • Build strong lasting relationships with key stakeholders at customers
  • Monitor customer health, proactively address concerns for high satisfaction
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive expansion
  • Collaborate across internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
