Role & responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and manage a results-driven social media strategy aligned with CREWs marketing goals.
  2. Create content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Campaigns.
  3. Design, edit, and publish engaging visual and written content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
  4. Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads and improve reach.
  5. Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
  6. Manage online reputation by responding to comments, reviews, and messages promptly.
  7. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, lead conversions) with insights for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with the HODs and Workshop team for campaign alignment (festive offers, seasonal promotions, workshops & events).

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  2. 24 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager.
  3. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Marketing.
  4. Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager.
  5. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  6. Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and trend adoption.
  7. Data-driven approach with ability to interpret analytics and adapt strategies.
  8. Passion for automotive industry is a plus.
