Job Description – HR Executive / HR Specialist (Bulk Hiring – International Process)

Location: Lucknow

Experience Required: 3–6 Years (must have proven experience in bulk hiring for International BPO/Process)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR professional with strong expertise in bulk hiring for International Processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement activities, along with a strong ability to manage attrition, grievances, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Lead bulk hiring drives for international voice processes.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical hiring needs.

  • Coordinate with consultants, job portals, and other hiring channels for faster closures.

  • Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Design and implement employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.

  • Develop initiatives to reduce attrition and improve employee morale.

  • Conduct stay interviews and feedback sessions.

HR Operations & Payroll:

  • Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary disbursements.

  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Performance & Attrition Management:

  • Track and analyze attrition trends and devise retention strategies.

  • Support performance management cycles including appraisals and feedback sessions.

  • Collaborate with managers to address productivity and performance issues.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and provide resolution.

  • Ensure a healthy work environment by handling employee issues with sensitivity.

  • Promote transparent communication channels within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR, with bulk hiring expertise for International BPO/Process (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations including payroll, employee engagement, grievance handling, and attrition management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet bulk hiring deadlines.
