Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management and operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations. Daily tasks and targets will include overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee grievances, monitoring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining HR records. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and work with employees across various departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on people management and the ability to coordinate closely with field teams to ensure targets are achieved.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Source, screen and recruit Field Sales Executives.
  • Plan and conduct onboarding and initial training programs.
  • Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Track individual and team performance against daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Coordinate incentive calculations and provide payroll inputs to management.
  • Maintain employee documentation and update the staff database.
  • Act as the communication bridge between management and the field sales team.
