Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Engineer - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and exceptional interpersonal skills. The role demands a customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and meeting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding assigned targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to provide solutions and recommendations that meet customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Education: B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 3 to 10 years in sales or related roles, preferably in the elevator industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Customer-focused with a proven track record in relationship management.
  • Team player with a target-oriented approach.

  • Shift: General shift (No rotational shifts).
  • Location: Bangalore
