HR System Management (PeopleStrong):

  • Maintain and update the HR system.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement system enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Resolve system-related queries for employees.

Data Management:

  • Ensure accurate data entry and collection.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports.
  • Maintain data security and confidentiality.

Dashboard and Report Creation:

  • Develop interactive dashboards and generate regular/ad-hoc reports.
  • Use data visualization to present insights to management.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR processes with organizational goals.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and proficiency with HR systems (preferably PeopleStrong).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization is a plus.
