Job Title: HR Executive– HRIS & ReportingLocation : Pune, IndiaExperience : 1–3 yearsDepartment : Human ResourcesJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support our Human Resources function, with a primary focus on HRIS management , HR reporting , and data reporting . The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience and possess excellent communication and coordination skills to support cross-functional teams and HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage Darwinbox configuration, workflows, and user access in coordination with the HRIS vendor.Generate and analyse periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, etc.)Design and maintain interactive HR dashboards for leadership visibility (attrition, headcount, hiring, and engagement metrics).Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across HR systems and processesPrepare Yearly Quarterly and other HR Reports.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and improve data visibilityAssist in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and process automationSupport all HR CoEs with data and reporting needsAct as the point of contact for system-related employee queries or issuesSkills Required:Bachelor’s degree1–3 years of experience in HR, specifically handling HRIS systems (preferably Darwinbox) and reportingProficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards) and exposure to HR analytics toolsDesirable to have an understanding of HR processes and HRIS databasesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical mindset with a keen eye for detailAbility to handle sensitive data with confidentialitySelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience with any major HRIS platform (e.g., Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday)Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools is a plusBenefits and Perks• Flexible Holiday Policy (choose your own holidays)• Hybrid Working Options• Life & Medical Insurance• Focus on Skill Development, Re-imbursement for Certifications• Wifi-Mobile bill reimbursement• Employee well-being activitiesIf Interested, please share updated resume with
