We are currently looking for a passionate reactjs designer with 4 to 9 years of relevant work experience to join our team to create user-centric easy-to-use products for our customers. Your basic functions include understanding the business requirements, in collaboration with product owners and engineers. The engineer will work closely with the project lead and business users during the project life cycle phases of design, development implementation, and testing.Role & Responsibilities1. Review and Analyze business specifications.2. Follow Agile Scrum Methodology.3. Collaborate with business, developers, lead and QA engineers and implement what is required by the business.4. Design and Develop an android development framework for Applications.5. Experience with Redux, Flex, JQuery, Node.js, HTML56. Extensive knowledge in developing single-page applications (SPAs)7. Expertise in creating user Interfaces for Mobile/Tablet/Desktop using HTML5 and CSS38. Good experience in customizing CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation using CSS pre-processors LESS or SASS and Compass.9. Good experience in creating Custom Reusable React Components Library.10. Participate in analyzing Requirement Document, Design Documents, and Technical specifications documents and getting clarification on the requirements if required.11. Perform peer code reviews to improve the quality of the test code base and optimize its execution.12. Work with service development and release engineering to refine the service-specific automated test usage in the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) flow.13. Proactively seek to make continuous improvements to the application and develop reuse components.14. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.15. Comply with standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules.16. Work with the manager on requirement management, estimation, effort tracking, defect tracking, and quality metrics.17. Maintains project tracking and provides status reports to the manager and customers in a timely manner.18. Generate and manage daily/monthly time logs and related reports.19. Well-developed interpersonal skills that can be leveraged in working with team members of different cultures and backgrounds. The ability to work across different teams within engineering and outside engineering to successfully achieve results.Qualification1. A bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or relevant field with a portfolio demonstrating user experience and visual design.Experience1. 3-9 years of relevant experience with web and hybrid mobile application projectsSoftware Knowledge1.
