The firm is well funded and aiming for rapid expansion. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Business Consultants to join the their founding team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' operations, processes, and strategies.
  • Design and implement frameworks to address clients’ unique challenges.
  • Conduct buy-in sessions with senior and middle management.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance, focusing on areas such as operations, supply chain management, and market positioning.
  • Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and progress.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.


Qualifications:

  • Full time MBA degree from an institution of repute
  • Max 5 years of experience in the manufacturing or distribution sectors or as a EA to CXO/Product Manager/Category Manager/consulting with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Marathi.
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel and powerpoint.
