About Us

Chate Digital Academy (CDA) is the digital-first extension of Chate Coaching Classes, revolutionizing the learning space with impactful content, performance campaigns, and tech-led education experiences. We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across platforms and grow our brand community.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice, tone, and heartbeat of the brand across platforms. You'll create content calendars, manage daily posts, track engagement, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent, value-driven messaging that resonates with students, parents, and educators.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement platform-wise content strategies (Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram)
  • Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals
  • Analyze trends and audience insights to optimize reach and engagement

Content Execution & Management

  • Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and editors for creative assets
  • Write or edit captions, hashtags, CTAs, and manage post scheduling
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement

Campaign Integration

  • Align content with marketing funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
  • Coordinate with the performance marketing team for ad creatives and organic-ads sync
  • Support event promotions, product launches, and lead generation initiatives
    • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track KPIs like reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with learnings and recommendations
    • Suggest improvement areas based on platform data

Preferred Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing or community management
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, reels trends, and visual storytelling
  • Hands-on with scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, Later, Notion, etc.)
  • Excellent writing/editing skills (Marathi and English preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Figma is a plus
  • Comfortable in on-ground content coordination (shoots, team interviews, behind-the-scenes)
