At AutoVRse, we build the finest, customized Virtual & Augmented Reality (VR/AR) applications, helping enterprises harness the power of immersive technologies across several key functions.

Combining our photo-realistic visualizations with interactive virtual environments, we have partnered with firms like Shell, Bosch, Aditya Birla Group, Godrej, and Go-Jek to deploy VR experiences in India, Singapore, Australia, Switzerland, Germany and USA.

Our experiences are used in design reviews, as sales tools, for experiential marketing and for virtual training.

What will you be working on ?

- As a 3D Animator, you will work closely with the rest of the art & development team to bring 3D assets & characters to life.

- We hire people with a broad set of technical skills, who have a passion for gaming / VR / 3D, and are excited to create diverse, impactful and memorable experiences for our customers.

- Your enthusiasm to take on new problems is what will help us push the boundaries of what is possible in VR apps today.

How can you help us ?

- Interpreting concepts and ideas as "movements" for a characters or objects.

- Creating workable rigs for characters, machines, automobiles etc.

- Optimize animations according to the performance constraints of VR/AR platforms and implement them effectively into the game engine.

- Collaborate with the art, design, and programming teams to ensure that animations seamlessly fit with other elements of the VR/AR application.

- Iterate on animations based on feedback from playtests, user testing, and team reviews to ensure they meet both user needs and design goals.

- Following design guidelines, asset naming conventions and other technical constraints.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Animation, Design, Computer Graphics, or related field, or equivalent experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skill in 3D animation.

- Familiarity with the specific considerations and constraints of animation for VR/AR applications, such as optimizing for performance, designing for user comfort, and creating immersive, engaging experiences.

- Proficiency in 3D animation software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max etc.) and experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

- Understanding of animation integration in VR/AR environments is a must.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team, articulate animation concepts, and understand project requirements.
