Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Operations position at Nex IVF & Fertility Centre. The Sales Marketing Operations professional will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to sales and marketing operations vis-a-vis :


Marketing Strategies and Execution:

 - Analyze market demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

 - Identify potential sales through various channels including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

 - Develop and deliver pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of the products or services to potential clients.

 - Design and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various media channels like print, digital, and social media.

 - Coordinate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, promotional videos, and advertisements.

 - Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to marketing and sales functions.

 - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales efforts, adjusting strategies as needed based on data-driven insights.

 - Prepare regular reports outlining campaign results and sales outcomes to upper management.

 - Oversee the allocation of the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve marketing goals.

The ultimate goal is to drive the company’s growth by increasing sales volumes and market share while fostering strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
