- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Maintain healthy relationship with all Stakeholders like customers
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest development. valuate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policy
Skills :
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
Required Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: Min. 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product marketing, Etc.,)
Age : 22 to 38 years.
