Job Description:

As a ServiceNow QA Tester you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our ServiceNow applications. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to create and execute automated test scripts, identify and document bugs, and ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) within ServiceNow.
  • Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure the functionality and performance of ServiceNow applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of test plans and test cases.
  • Perform regression testing to validate fixes and enhancements.
  • Provide timely and accurate test status updates to the team.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow, including expertise in the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for developing test scripts and automating test processes.
  • Strong background in telecom software development and understanding of telecom industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
