Senior Java Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong experience in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) and hands-on knowledge of modern technologies such as Rust, Go, and LLMs (Large Language Models). The ideal candidate should also have exposure to front-end frameworks like React and React Native, and be well-versed in Agile methodologies.

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications and APIs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot

Build microservices architecture with clean and maintainable code

Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services into backend systems

Collaborate with front-end teams using React and React Native

Write clean, efficient, and secure code in Rust or Go for performance-critical modules

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment

Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and architecture decisions

Work closely with product managers, QA, and DevOps for delivery excellence

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in Java development using Spring Boot

Proficient in RESTful API design and microservices architecture

Experience or strong interest in LLMs / AI integrations

Knowledge of Rust and/or GoLang

Working experience with React and React Native

Familiar with Agile/Scrum development practices

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

Experience with containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹500,000.00 per month
