Job Description: Software Development Engineer II

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Development Engineer II to join our dynamic team.

As an SDE II, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions.

Your expertise in core Java, AWS, algorithms, and system design will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

- Design and develop software applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code from scratch.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from inception to completion.

Core Java Expertise:

- Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in core Java development.

- Proficiency in core Java concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

AWS Skills:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience with AWS services.

- Familiarity with offerings such as Elastic, DynamoDB, Relational Database Service (RDS), etc.

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

- Analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions.

- Convert solutions into efficient, production-ready code.

- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues effectively.

System Design and Architecture:

- Deep understanding of system design principles.

- Ability to create scalable and efficient solutions, considering performance, reliability, and Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- Strong coding skills and hands-on experience in Java.

- Familiarity with AWS services.

- Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

Interview Process: Glider assessment followed by 2 technical interviews (Cutoff Score: 60%)
