Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR team. This role is perfect for freshers who are enthusiastic about starting their career in human resources and contributing to key HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist with daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and managing candidate communication. Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization. Employee Engagement: Help organize and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. HR Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR documents such as employment contracts, policies, and performance records. Training Coordination: Assist in scheduling training sessions and gathering feedback from employees. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws. HR Reporting: Provide administrative support for HR reporting and analysis. Qualifications: Freshers only; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
