Coordinatethe offer process making recommendations to hiring managers.
Regularlyupdate the internal tools and adhere to the company policies and practiceswhile hiring.
Communicateemployer information and benefits during the screening process with candidates.
Endto End-to-end life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to onboarding ofcandidate.

CandidateProfile:
 Articulate,friendly, optimistic and success-driven
Highlyflexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive
Responsiblefor searching and recruiting candidates on various skill sets as per the jobspecifications.
Thoroughlyunderstanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfilling themthrough various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, andnetworking sites.
Conductinginitial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Thecandidate should be okay with a service agreement.
