Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US Healthcare Recruiter located in Vadodara. The US Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as healthcare staffing, hiring, customer service, communication, and recruiting. The role involves identifying and sourcing qualified healthcare professionals, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience in US Healthcare staffing, hiring, and recruiting.
- Candidates with UK, Australia, Canada Healthcare recruitment background can also apply.
- Candidates with International BPO/Voice process can also apply.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively source and attract qualified healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of healthcare regulations, familiarity with different healthcare roles and specialties, and experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
