About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and experienced

Technical Recruiter

to join our team and take the lead in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the industry, understand the technical nuances of Oil & Gas roles, and have a proven track record of recruiting highly specialized professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:Identify and source qualified candidates for technical positions such as engineers, geoscientists, project managers, and field technicians in the Oil & Gas industry.Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and industry events.Recruitment Process Management:Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide recruitment insights.Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.Industry Expertise:Stay updated on trends and advancements within the Oil & Gas sector to attract niche talent.Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals and organizations to establish a strong network.Compliance & Reporting:Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

Key QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.Strong understanding of Oil & Gas job functions, technologies, and industry-specific certifications.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred SkillsExperience recruiting for offshore and onshore roles.Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and certifications (e.g., IWCF, NEBOSH, etc.).Knowledge of global Oil & Gas markets and talent pools.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
